C&J INDUSTRIES STRENGHTENS LEADERSHIP WITH NEW OPERATIONS MANAGER
Meadville, PA, USA — January 19, 2026 — C&J Industries is pleased to announce the appointment of Drew Hoffman as its new Operations Manager, effective January 1, 2026. In this role, Drew will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and support the continued growth and operational excellence of C&J Industries.
Drew has over 30 years of experience in complex business operations, sales & marketing, and supply chain for both public OEM and private, family-owned, contract manufacturing companies. Drew is a graduate of Finance from Gannon University and holds an MBA from Penn State Behrend. Drew brings a high-energy, passionate, and thoughtful approach to modern manufacturing that will help C&J achieve our strategic growth plans.
